It is a web service to assist deaf people who access the information and sales service of Alsa Ferrol.
The tool allows, by video call, communication between deaf people and Alsa Ferrol staff in real time through an interpreter who translates requests for information and ticket purchases, establishing fluid online communication between them.
Alsa Ferrol thus guarantees equal opportunities and personal autonomy for deaf people when communicating with our customer service or information and sales services.
